Maria Pulinckx:

started riding when she was  five years old.

Her first bike was a Yamaha PW 50cc

Then when she turned 6 she rides a Pro Senior Polini 50 cc  water cooled (see picture)

in witch she achieved 3rd position overall in 2004 in the Western Cape

She received a trophy as the best female rider for 2004 and another trophy for the most improved rider of the year and received western cape regional

championship motocross award.

At seven-years old in 2005 Maria achieved 2nd overall in the Western province championship and 8th overall on the national circuit.

at 9 years old she finished 7th in the regional championship and 18th in the national for her 1st year on a 85cc. (see picture)

at10 she finished 4th in the regional and 10th overall in the national championship and 5th overall in the ladies class still on a 85cc.

at 11 she finished 3rd in the regional and 2th in the national Ladies class on a big wheel 85cc.

at 12 she finished 3rd in the regional championship and 10th overall in the national promini class

at 13 she finished 1st in the cape town regional championship and 5th overall in the national promini class.

and participated at 2 supermoto national and finished both race in 2nd place.

at 14 she only did the 1st mx Race at Sun City in the 125cc class and finished 7th overall, then she participated

at the first Super Moto National but unfortunately broke her Humerus and severed the radial nerved and was out

for the remaining of the year.
